Building more & better jobs - OECD LEED Programme - case study Cantabria (Spain)

A historic centre for mining, steel & ship-building, Cantabria has had to invest in the skills of it's workforce to remain competitive. SODERCAN, the region's economic development agency worked with the OECD LEED Programme to realise the exploitation of new areas of emerging technologies as part of Cantabria's development strategies.
